More Information
- Clinical Applications:
–Shallow, moist draining wounds
-Wounds with friable wound base or fragile peri-wound skin
– Wounds requiring autolytic debridement - Precautions:
– Tegaderm Alginate dressings should not be used on minimally exudating wounds
– Inadequate wound drainage could lead to adherence of the dressing to the wound site
