- The Accu-Chek Guide blood glucose test strips will help you keep a record of your blood sugar levels. To use the Accu-Chek Guide test strips, grab a test strip out of the box, insert it into your Accu-Chek Guide glucose monitor and apply a small drop of blood to the edge of the test strip. The Guide Blood Glucose test strips from Accu-Chek® are available in boxes of 50 or 100 Strips per Box.
