How to assemble Bailey Tip Resistant Individual Standing Boxes?
- Step 1. Layout base (A) with tee nuts on bottom of base.
- Step 2. Placegbinet (B) on base (A) using 1200 1/4-20 X 1-1/4 truss hd machine screw (4) each to secure cabinet to base. Tighten down.
- Step 3. For shipping purposes, one angle is reversed. Remove angle and re-install on outside of cabinet to match existing four angles. Place tray (C) on top of cabinet (B). Match angles on cabinet to pre-drilled holes on tray and secure both using 3290 3/4-10 slotted hex washer hd (5) places. Tighten down. Make sure all hardware and components are secure before placing unit into service.
