- Installation Procedure:
– Disconnect the Mains Power Cord from the power supply. Remove the Rear Access Panel and disconnect the Mains Power Cord from the Therapy System
– Remove the Front Access Cover and disconnect the Lead Wires and Accessories
– Remove the Therapy System from the Therapy System Cart, if equipped. Place Therapy System face down on a clean working surface protected with a soft, clean fabric to prevent damage to the lens
– Do not remove the sEMG Module, if installed
– Remove and discard the vinyl label holding the Ribbon Cable in the cavity
– Carefully unroll the Ribbon Cable, making certain not to disconnect it from the Therapy System
– Carefully align the Ribbon Cable Connector to the Module Connector Pins and press down to connect
– Set the Therapy System on the Module
– Make certain the Feet of the Therapy System are resting in the Module Indents
– Carefully place the Therapy System and Module on one side
– Tighten screws until the Module does not move on the Therapy System
– Remove the screw retaining the existing Front Access Panel
– Install Lanyard to the new Extended Front Access Panel using the same screw
– Install Lead Wires and additional accessories to Front Panel
– Install the new Extended Front Access Panel onto Therapy System
– Make certain Lanyard does not become kinked
– Connect the Mains Power Cord to the Therapy System
– Install Rear Access Panel. Connect the Mains Power Cord to an approved power source
– Turn the System On using the On/Off Switch
– The System will automatically recognize the added Module and display a configuration change message
– Read and carefully follow the instructions on the screen - Maintenance:
– Clean the system with a clean, lint free cloth moistened with water and mild antibacterial soap. Do not submerse the system in liquids
– Clean the Therapy System Screen Lens using NOVUS Polish System
