How to install Clamp On Bathroom Safety Rails?
- Clean bathtub thoroughly and wipe dry before applying rail. Contact surfaces must be dry and free of soapy residue to assure secure installation
- Loosen knob until rail is wide enough to slip on side of bathtub
- Place Safety Rail on bathtub with knob facing outside of tub and tighten until rail feels tight and secure
- To test installation of rail, pull forward, back and side to side. If rail slips or moves, make sure surface is free of soapy film and is dry, then replace at desired location and re-tighten
Note: Safety Rail often requires re-tightening from time to time. Check periodic ally before use and re-tighten as needed
Caution: Please use extreme care when installing on fiberglass tubs. Do not overtighten as the clamp may crack the fiberglass
