- Application instructions:
– Undo the hook-and-loop closure and unfold the Floor Cushion
– Position the cushion lengthwise, and flush to the side of the resident’s bed
– To connect two Floor Cushions, place one strip of adhesive hook-and-loop on the edge of each non-beveled length section of the first Floor Cushion
– Attach the corresponding adhesive hook-and-loop on the second Floor Cushion and connect the two cushions
– To store, wipe the cushion clean with a damp cloth if necessary
– Fold the cushion and fasten the hook-and-loop closure
– To achieve a larger area of coverage, simply connect the non-beveled sides of two Floor Cushions using the enclosed hook-and-loop adhesive strips - Warning:
– Be sure the This Side Down label is facing the floor
– Inform resident and caregivers that Floor Cushion is in use, and care should be exercised when stepping on or off of the cushion to avoid tripping
