The SPINEFITTER Spine Support Tool is a stretching and mobility aid for the neck and back. It has 28 interconnected balls arranged in two rows along the spine to provide deep-acting pressure for back tension, neck tightness, and hip mobility. It can be used as a training device in physical therapy, Pilates workouts, home exercise routines, or rehab clinics.
The SISSEL SPINEFITTER back stretcher roller provides targeted spine pressure to relieve pain and tension in the neck and back. For further relief, the Trigger Tool attaches to the SPINEFITTER to target a smaller, more specific area that needs extra attention. The Linum Heat Pack can also provide additional heat or cold therapy to the area. Users who are over 5 feet 9 inches tall (180 cm) can purchase the Extension Kit to enjoy the SPINEFITTER fully.
