Sure-Check Self-Seal Sterilization Pouches offer advanced functionality with built-in multi-parameter internal and external process indicators. These indicators change color once all sterilization criteria—time, temperature, and pressure (steam)—have been adequately met.
Manufactured from medical-grade paper, these pouches feature extra-wide chevrons to shield against instrument breaching, a thumb-notch for easy opening, and six corner tack seals to prevent curling and potential contaminants upon opening.
A perforated fold ensures an airtight seal when using the adhesive strip. Once sterilized, the contents remain sterile for up to 3 years if the pouch’s integrity remains intact. Specifically designed for use with steam and EtO sterilization processes, these pouches offer reliable and long-term sterility assurance, ensuring safe and effective storage for sterilized instruments.
