- It is composed of a pair of high impact 10″ and 10.5″ diameter molded rings that lock a fitted, circular Thera-Band exercise sheets in place.
- Elastic sheets are supplied in same colors and resistance levels as Thera-Band exercise bands, from tan (extra light) to black (extra heavy).
- Hand trainer was designed to facilitate progressive extension exercises of the hand and wrist.
- It allows therapists to perform functional finger exercises against progressive elastic resistance, including pinching, opposition and prehension.
- With more than 60 access holes, the sheets provide numerous strength training and range of motion exercises.
