The S-SCORT VX-2 is a robust and portable battery-powered suction unit designed for both vehicle-mounted and portable medical suction needs. It features a durable and secure charging/retention bracket that provides vehicle power to operate the VX-2 as an on-board suction device while charging its internal battery.
When removed from the bracket, the VX-2 remains versatile, economical, and full-featured, capable of delivering reliable suction both inside and outside medical vehicles. Equipped with a sealed lead acid battery, it ensures reliability and includes convenient features such as a field-friendly regulator, disposable fluid collection canister, and tubing storage.
The VX-2’s battery care system efficiently charges the battery to full capacity and switches to a float mode to prevent overcharging. It also alerts operators to remaining battery life and automatically disconnects a depleted battery to prevent damage from deep discharge. Performance-wise, it offers over 30 Lpm clinical airflow and achieves vacuum levels exceeding 525 mmHg. Dimensions are 9″ H x 5.25″ W x 17″ L, with a weight of 10.5 lbs.
